ExchangeCompress Now!
Exchange Server attachment management in real time. Now supports Exchange 2007
ExchangeCompress Now! is an optional component for ExchangeCompress then performs ExchangeCompress functions in real time on messages as they are delivered to individual mailboxes. It can:
- Compress selected attachments of incoming messages in all the selected mailboxes. The attachments are then stored in the email as industry standard zip files.
- Strip selected attachments of incoming messages in all the selected mailboxes and store the attachment on disk as a file in a either a shared network location or the user's home directory. This is completely transparent to the user, who will still see the attachment as normal.
- Delete selected attachments of incoming messages in all the selected mailboxes.
ExchangeCompress Now! uses the settings and rules defined in ExchangeCompress to select which messages and attachments to process. Mailboxes to be processed can be selected on the ExchangeCompress Now! Configuration window.
